I’m Jay, and my journey commenced in Melbourne when I reached the age of 21. Regrettably, a series of ill-advised choices plunged me into a profound darkness, leaving me adrift, devoid of direction, and burdened by overwhelming trauma, anxiety, and grief. Craving profound change, I escaped to Queensland, where I encountered my older brother. Through him, I discovered meditation and its power to channel energy within.
This sparked my interest in the brain, neuroplasticity and Quantum energetics. I delved into the study of the mind’s intricacies and its capacity for renewal.
Discovering Kinesiology changed everything. It helped me confront old wounds, heal, evolve, and find balance.
Kinesiology guided me through loss and unlocked my latent potential, breaking old beliefs that bound me. Now, I empower others through Kinesiology, Lomi Lomi Massage, sound therapies, and energetic healing.
My journey continues as I expand my knowledge and mission to elevate collective consciousness and foster global healing.
I firmly believe in the body’s innate capacity to heal itself by activating the intricate healing mechanisms within. It’s a profound belief that drives me forward. I’m convinced that healing is not just possible but within reach for anyone willing to take that crucial first step. My ascent of the highest peaks serves as a symbol of not only physical achievement but also my ongoing journey of personal healing and growth.
My journey is an ongoing pursuit of knowledge and diverse expertise. My credentials include Certificates 3 & 4 in fitness and personal training, complemented by a Certificate in nutrition for optimal results, as well as specialized training in nutrition for disease management. I possess proficiency in holistic wellness, evidenced by Certificates in crystal healing, dry needling, and cupping, along with mastery in relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques. My skill set extends to the art of Lomi Lomi Massage, trigger point, and I hold a Diploma in Kinesiology, accompanied by a Certificate in advanced Kinesiology Neurology. I am also a certified Kinesiology Coach. My journey into energy healing includes achievements as a Reiki Master and Pellowah practitioner. Furthermore, my role as a DoTerra sales representative complements my holistic approach. Notably, my expertise also encompasses the foundations of sound and vibrational therapies, rounding out my comprehensive offerings for holistic well-being.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for notice at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a cancellation made within 12 hours of the appointment, a fee equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the service will be applied.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full fee for the service will be charged.
