I’m Jay, and my journey commenced in Melbourne when I reached the age of 21. Regrettably, a series of ill-advised choices plunged me into a profound darkness, leaving me adrift, devoid of direction, and burdened by overwhelming trauma, anxiety, and grief. Craving profound change, I escaped to Queensland, where I encountered my older brother. Through him, I discovered meditation and its power to channel energy within.
My brother became my mentor, showing me the potential of meditation. This sparked my interest in the brain, neuroplasticity and Quantum energetics. I delved into the study of the mind’s intricacies and its capacity for renewal.
However, my path wasn’t straightforward. I consistently maintained a demanding schedule, working 50–60-hour weeks while also pursuing studies, avoiding my healing needs. Along the way, I developed a passion for conquering Australia’s highest peaks.
Even after moving to Queensland 13 years later, my life remained chaotic, leading to burnout and fatigue. Discovering Kinesiology changed everything. It helped me confront old wounds, heal, evolve, and find balance.
